Our Ethiopian decaf is expertly processed by Swiss Water. We select premium beans for vibrant flavor retention through decaffeination. This blend features fruit-forward, dry-processed Ethiopian coffees, delivering a distinctly fruity and aromatic cup. Primarily from Ethiopia's Guji Zone, including renowned lots from Gerba Doku and Harsu Wokilo, the Swiss Water process gently removes 99.9% of caffeine, preserving its exceptional taste.
